Moisant is a long-time fixture on the comic book scene.  Once dubbed "the craziest man in comics", Charles has done it all - from doing caricatures at Hawthorne Racetrack to publishing independent comics to performing as his alter-ego "Dr. Wayne Zarvin the 3rd", the mad scientist at the real Mystery Manor in Omaha... he does look a bit mad.
